Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website or booking or receiving  appointments.

Medical Conditions

Please disclose any medical condition, including pregnancy; prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Punctuality

Please ensure you are at the agreed place of treatment on time and ready to receive your treatment as any delays may reduce your treatment time. All appointments will end at their scheduled time to ensure that the next client will not be delayed and a full charge will be applied. On the very rare occasions when a therapist is running more than 10 minutes late, you will be informed by telephone.

Cancellations

Please note 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total treatment that was booked.
